Just a short appreciation post for Hozier's Take Me To Church because I don't want another glum post.
The song is quite beautiful. It just gives off this really sacred feeling and I'm not sure if it's related to the religion themes, I dunno. I like the comparison between religion and the relationship.
The video made me cry a lot. Partly because of the man being burned alive, but mostly because of the hatred and anger that the murderers had. It scared me.
There are also covers I enjoy, in particular the Ellie Goulding cover which my brother declared was the best and surpasses the original. I also like the Glee cover a lot.
